| About the Villa |
Reserve at Town Center is the perfect base for all of Florida`s main vacation attractions, providing a quiet haven for your return after a tiring day at the parks or for those who just want to relax away from the hustle and bustle.
The management company is located close by, should you need any assistance during your stay. Pool heating is optional at an extra charge.
We will provide you with full directions from Orlando airport or Sanford airport and also villa entry instructions. |

Safety & Security
Our villa has smoke detectors in all rooms.
There is a safety fence between the villa and the pool, which will prevent youngsters running from the house into the pool. This fence can be removed if not needed.

Location
The villa in conveniently located just of the 532 (Osceola Polk Line Road) only a short drive away from the 192 and minutes from the I4 the principle routes in and around the Orlando area.
All of central Florida's major attractions are within a short drive, being only 5 minutes from Interstate 4; at peak times you will miss most of the queuing to enter the Disney Parks on Highway 192.
*10 minutes - Disney Magic Kingdom/MGM/Animal Kingdom/Typhoon/Lagoon/Blizzard Beach
*20 minutes - Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure (For the big ride enthusiasts!)
*19 minutes - Wet and Wild
*17 minutes - Sea World
*60 minutes - Busch Gardens
*36 minutes - Orlando Airport
*13 minutes - Cypress Gardens
*5 minutes - Interstate 4
*60 minutes - Kennedy Space Centre
*75 miles - Clearwater Beaches
*75 miles - Cocoa Beach and others
*Many designer outlets in the area, bargains galore (so bring an empty suit case!)
Outside the community there are various restaurants,banks,petrol stations, take aways and a hospital are only a few minutes drive away. |

Telephone Calls
All local and international landline calls are dialled free from the villa. All other numbers can be called using a pre-paid card from any supermarket or petrol/gas station or our management team. |

Check-In
Is 16:00 pm on the day of arrival.
Check-Out
Is 10:00 am on the day of departure to allow our cleaners time to prepare the villa for our next guests. |

Pool
For your own safety please use the plastic tumblers, plates, bowls, etc which have been supplied for use around the pool area and observe pool rules and depth signs displayed. |

Smoking Policy
We respectfully request that guests only smoke in the pool area for the comfort of future guests. Plastic ash trays are provided. |

Pets
Pets are NOT permitted in the villa or pool area (unless by prior arrangement). |
